I grew up surrounded by the living traditions of yoga, prayer and devotion in Trinidad. These teachings were woven into life long before I encountered yoga in a studio.
My own journey has taught me what it means to need a place where you can simply arrive as you are — to be seen, held with tenderness and met with love. This is the space I hope to offer you.
Yoga has been a steady companion throughout my life. Through challenge, change, study and practice, it has continually brought me back to something deeper.
Today my work centres on Bhakti, Vedānta, meditation, prāṇāyāma, mantra, Sanskrit and yoga philosophy as a lived practice.
I am an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance, a Brain Longevity Specialist and trained Ayurvedic bodyworker. I also serve as faculty teaching Bhakti and Vedānta within yoga teacher education.
My credentials inform my work, but they are not the heart of it. Relationship is.
I believe you deserve to feel seen. I believe your spiritual practice should honour the life you are actually living. I believe there can be tenderness on the path.
I am not here to give you all the answers. I am here to lovingly hold a safe container for your personal and spiritual growth while helping you cultivate a sādhanā that becomes truly your own.
The practice is yours. The choices are yours. The path is yours.
It would be my honour to walk beside you for a little while.
