Mudra: The Subtle Architecture of Consciousness
A 2.5-Hour Trishul Wellness Immersion
There is a powerful dimension of yoga most students have never been taught.
Beyond movement… beyond breath…
there is a subtle practice that directly shapes the mind, regulates the nervous system, and deepens meditation—through the intelligence of your own hands.
In this 2.5-hour immersive experience, we explore the ancient science of mudra—sacred gestures used in classical yoga to direct prāṇa, sharpen awareness, and access deeper states of consciousness.
Rooted in teachings from the Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā and illuminated through Vedantic philosophy, this workshop is uniquely designed to bridge ancient wisdom with modern understanding—including the neuroscience of the hand-brain connection and its impact on focus, emotional balance, and inner regulation.
Students will be guided through:
• Foundational hand mudras for clarity, calm, and energy balance
• Introduction to full-body mudras (rarely taught in studio settings)
• Breathwork and meditation practices that deepen inner awareness
• Practical tools to regulate the nervous system and quiet the mind
This is not a typical yoga workshop.
It is a refined, experiential journey inward—accessible to all levels, yet rich in depth for dedicated practitioners and teachers alike.
Students leave with practices they can immediately integrate into daily life—simple, powerful, and profoundly effective.

You will learn how breath shapes your physical body, nervous system, emotional world, and inner consciousness. Through experiential practices, yogic philosophy, and embodied understanding, students leave feeling spacious, grounded, and deeply connected to themselves.
This workshop is ideal for students who want to go deeper into yoga beyond asana.
The Inner River: Kriya, Mantra & Meditation
A Six-Week Journey Into the Heart of Classical Yoga
Step beyond the physical postures and enter the subtle, timeless practices of yoga.
The Inner River is a six-week immersion into the classical inner limbs of yoga — kriya (purification practices), mantra (sacred sound), japa (repetition with mala), and meditation. Together, we will explore these transformative techniques as a living sadhana (spiritual practice), designed to awaken clarity, devotion, and inner stillness.
Each week builds gently yet profoundly, moving from purification and breathwork, to sound and vibration, into the depths of meditation and silence. This is an opportunity to experience yoga as it was originally intended — as a path of self-realization and inner freedom.
You’ll experience:
• Classical kriyas for energetic purification
• Breath practices to expand and channel prana
• The power of mantra and sacred sound
• Japa with mala beads for devotion and focus
• Guided meditations leading toward inner stillness
This series is for seekers and practitioners who feel called to go beyond asana, and who long to connect with the heart of yoga in its most authentic form.
Come prepared to chant, breathe, repeat, meditate — and to discover the river of stillness that flows within you.

Beyond Asana
4 week series - 90 mins per class
Beyond Asana is a contemplative 4-week yoga philosophy series rooted in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the classical Hatha tradition. Designed for students who wish to experience yoga as more than physical postures, this immersion explores the Eight Limbs of Yoga as a living, integrated path that supports clarity, balance, and inner freedom in everyday life.
Each 1.5-hour class weaves together accessible philosophy, slow and steady asana, pranayama, meditation, and reflection. Rather than approaching the Eight Limbs as rules or achievements, they are offered as practical and compassionate teachings that can be embodied both on and off the mat. This series is ideal for students seeking depth, teachers wishing to strengthen their philosophical foundation, and anyone curious about yoga beyond movement—no prior study required.
More info : Over four weeks, we will journey through all eight limbs of yoga:
• Yama & Niyama — ethical foundations and inner observances that support harmony, integrity, and self-compassion
• Asana — the physical posture as a steady, easeful seat for awareness rather than performance
• Pranayama — conscious breathing as a bridge between body, nervous system, and mind
• Pratyahara — turning inward and softening sensory overwhelm
• Dharana — cultivating focus and steadiness of attention
• Dhyana & Samadhi — resting in meditation and glimpsing moments of absorption, wholeness, and true nature
Each class gently integrates multiple limbs, while placing a clear emphasis on specific teachings so students can feel how yoga unfolds as a unified system rather than separate techniques.
6 Week Series - 90 mins each
A six-week Bhakti Yoga immersion exploring the Hindu gods and goddesses through story, mantra, and embodied Hatha yoga. Each 90-minute class blends mythology, devotional chanting, breath, and movement to experience the qualities of the Divine as living energies within.
This series is ideal for students seeking a deeper, more devotional approach to yoga beyond asana. No prior experience with chanting or mythology is required—just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore yoga as a path of love and remembrance.
