Nephi and I welcome you into the quiet beauty of Naramata for a full day of rest and self care.
We’ll gather in a light-filled chapel nestled in the trees — a calm, peaceful space that invites you to slow down the moment you arrive.
This is an intimate, carefully held experience with limited spots so we can show you the care you need.
The day is designed to help you fully unwind.
Through gentle yoga, breathwork, sound, and time in nature, you’ll be guided back into your body in a way that feels natural and unforced. Simple reflections inspired by Vedanta are woven in — not as something to study, but as a quiet remembering of the light within you.
We begin with ritual — a warm welcome, ceremony, and intention-setting. Sound and chanting are woven throughout, helping the mind settle and the body soften.
There is space to journal.
To reflect.
To simply be.
Throughout the day, optional hands-on support is offered to help you feel more grounded and at ease in your body. All touch is fully consent-based.
We’ll share a nourishing vegetarian lunch together, enjoyed slowly, with time to take in the beauty of the land.
In the afternoon, we move into deep rest.
You’ll be guided into restorative yoga, supported by props that allow the body to fully release and sound. During this time, craniosacral therapy is offered — subtle, calming, and deeply regulating — supporting your nervous system in settling into a profound state of rest.
Sound, mantra, and gentle affirmation are woven through this experience, creating a space where you can soften, receive, and restore.
We close the day together in quiet reflection.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more at ease, and deeply restored — with a renewed connection to yourself.
