Your spiritual home is waiting.
There is something quietly aching in the modern spiritual seeker — a longing not just for practice, but for people. For a circle of souls who understand why you sit in stillness before sunrise, why chanting moves you to tears, why yoga is so much more than the shape of your body.
I started Trishul Satsang because I missed the version of yoga I fell in love with, the one that happened in circles, not rows of mats. It was born from this longing for sangha.
I was searching for fellow seekers that felt this longing for more than this capitalist, busy life - who were also asking these bigger life questions.
The Sanskrit word sangha means spiritual community , a gathering of those walking a shared path. Here, you get to show up exactly as you are and know that you are accepted and loved, whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi.
I want to remind you of your truth, you are already home.
Once a month, we gather online for satsang in our sangha to breathe, chant, meditate, study and simply be together.
This sacred gathering is called Satsang. Satsang means "sitting in truth." This is a place where ancient knowledge from scripture like the Vedas, Ramayana, and Bhagavad Gita is imparted and translated to be relevant to your modern life.
What students are saying...
This community was created for people who are seeking something deeper. You may feel called to the Trishul Sangha if:
You know there is more to yoga than physical postures and want to explore the deeper teachings of yoga.
You are longing for a spiritual community where you can learn, grow, reflect and connect with like-hearted people.
You are interested in yoga off the mat, like meditation, mantra, yoga philosophy, Vedanta, Bhakti and conscious living
You spend much of your life caring for others and are ready to nourish your own inner life.
You are seeking greater peace, clarity, resilience and meaning in your life.
You are moving through a season of growth, transition, healing or self-discovery.
You are looking for a place to return to each month. A place to breathe, reflect, reconnect and remember what matters most.
You have experienced the magic of retreats, workshops, or sacred gatherings and wish you could stay connected to that feeling of inspiration and belonging.
If your heart feels a quiet yes as you read these words, welcome home...

The Power of Satsang in Sangha
The ancient yogis knew something that modern life often forgets: we are not meant to walk this path alone.
In the Vedic tradition, the Sangha, the community of fellow seeker, is considered one of the three great jewels of spiritual life, alongside the teachings and the teacher. There is a reason for this. When we practice in community, something opens that cannot open in isolation. We are witnessed. We are held. We are reminded, by the simple presence of others, that this longing we carry is real and it is shared.
Research in psychology and neuroscience confirms what the sages have always known: belonging is not a luxury. It is a fundamental human need. When we feel truly seen and accepted, our nervous systems settle. Our hearts open. We become more of who we truly are.
The Trishul Satsang is a place where your spiritual practice is not a private, solitary endeavor — it is something you share, deepen, and celebrate with others who are choosing love alongside you. This is how you find you Sangha, your spiritual community.
"Yoga is love in action. It is actually living life mindfully, together. " - Amrika Tikasingh

Yoga Alliance Teacher • Vedanta Student • Bhakti Practitioner • Community Builder
Amrika Tikasingh is the founder of Trishul Wellness and the heart behind the Trishul Sangha. For over a decade, she has guided students beyond the physical practice of yoga into the deeper currents of philosophy, meditation, mantra, and conscious living.
Rooted in the classical traditions of Vedanta and Bhakti, Amrika teaches with warmth, authenticity, and a deep reverence for the wisdom she has received. She believes that yoga is not something we practice on a mat — it is something we live, breathe, and offer to the world as an act of love.
Amrika created the Trishul Sangha because she witnessed, again and again, how transformative it is to practice in community — to be seen, to belong, to grow alongside others who are also choosing love. This gathering is her offering to you.
"My deepest wish is that you leave each Sangha gathering feeling more yourself — more rooted, more open, more alive to the love that is always available to you."
Join us on the first Sunday of each month. Come as you are. Bring your whole heart. You don't have to walk this path alone any longer.
Choose Love. Join the Sangha.
