Helping people reconnect with themselves—so they can show up with greater presence, resilience and joy.
Thoughtfully curated wellness experiences for businesses, healthcare teams, non-profit organizations, Indigenous communities, conferences, educators, municipalities, and community groups.
Drawing on the timeless wisdom of yoga and supported by modern neuroscience, every experience is designed to help people manage stress, reconnect with their bodies, and develop practical wellbeing skills they can use every day.
Whether you're planning a one-hour wellness session, a conference keynote or an immersive retreat, every experience is created in partnership with your organization and tailored to the people you serve.

People are being asked to do more than ever before.
They care deeply about their work, yet many are navigating increasing demands, constant change, compassion fatigue, and the pressure to keep going—even when their bodies are asking them to slow down.
The result isn't simply stress.
It's disconnection.
Disconnection from our breath.
From our bodies.
From one another.
From the joy that allows us to thrive.
Wellbeing isn't another task on a checklist. It's the foundation that supports clear thinking, meaningful relationships, sustainable leadership, creativity, and resilience.
The encouraging news is that these are skills we can learn.
Research continues to demonstrate what yoga has taught for thousands of years: intentional breathing, mindful movement, meditation, and genuine human connection help regulate the nervous system, improve emotional wellbeing, support cognitive health, and build resilience.
You are looking to create an experience that is meaningful, engaging, and genuinely supportive for your people.

Whether your group gathers for an hour or an entire day, every experience is designed to meet people exactly where they are.
No previous yoga experience is ever required.

Not simply feeling relaxed for an afternoon.
Imagine them returning to work and home with practical skills they can use during busy days, difficult conversations, moments of overwhelm and the everyday demands of life.
Participants leave with:
- A calmer, more regulated nervous system.
- Greater awareness of how stress shows up in their body and what to do when it does.
- Breathing techniques they can use before meetings, presentations, long shifts or challenging conversations.
- More ease through the body, releasing tension often held in the neck, shoulders, jaw, back, and hips.
- Renewed energy, mental clarity, and focus.
- Practical mindfulness and self-care practices that fit into everyday life.
- A deeper appreciation for work-life balance and permission to slow down before burnout takes hold.
- Stronger connection with colleagues through shared experiences that foster empathy, trust, and psychological safety.
- Greater confidence in caring for their own wellbeing.
- A renewed sense of joy, hope, and possibility.
Perhaps most importantly, they leave remembering what it feels like to truly listen to their bodies—and with practical tools they can continue using long after the event has ended.

Every experience is thoughtfully designed around your organization's goals, your participants, and the experience you'd like to create.

People don't simply learn about wellbeing.
They experience it.
That experience makes change more memorable, more meaningful and more likely to become part of everyday life.
My role is to translate these practices into experiences that feel welcoming, practical and relevant - regardless of someone's age, ability, or previous experience with yoga.
I'm Amrika Tikasingh, founder of Trishul Wellness.
Before becoming a wellness facilitator, I spent years leading teams in retail banking and non-profit management. I understand the realities of high expectations, competing priorities, deadlines and the gradual path toward burnout.
Following a traumatic brain injury, I experienced firsthand what it felt like to become disconnected from my own body. The practices I now share—breathwork, mindful movement, meditation and nervous system regulation became an essential part of my own healing.
That experience continues to shape how I hold space today.
My intention isn't simply to teach yoga.
It's to help people reconnect with themselves, remember the importance of caring for their wellbeing, and leave with practical tools that help them navigate life with greater ease, resilience, and joy.

Every facilitation is thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique needs of your organization.
Following an initial consultation, you'll receive a personalized proposal based on your group, event format, location and desired outcomes.
Experiences are available as keynote presentations, workshops, half-day retreats, full-day retreats, and multi-session wellness programs.
Do participants need any yoga experience?
No! Everyone is welcome. I do have required health questionnaires so I can prepare and facilitate for everyone.
Can the experience be designed around our organisation?
Absolutely. Every facilitation is created in partnership with you and reflects your goals, participants and setting.
Do you travel?
Yes. I facilitate throughout British Columbia and I am available for conferences, retreats, and organizational events across Canada. Globally , country dependant.
The greatest investment any organization can make is in the wellbeing of its people.
When people feel supported, they communicate more effectively, navigate challenges with greater resilience. Bringing more presence, compassion, and creativity into their work, families, and communities.
If you're looking to create a wellness experience that people will remember - not only because of what they learned, but because of how they felt - I would be honoured to work with you.
